Principal Chan Free Tutorial World Charity Run 2026

To celebrate its 15th anniversary, Principal Chan Free Tutorial World proudly hosted the “Principal Chan Free Tutorial World Charity Run 2026” under the theme “Yes We Can Fly” on 1 March 2026 at Sha Tin Sports Ground, attracting overwhelming support from over 1,500 participants. Funds raised will support the organisation’s operations and services, including free one-on-one tutorials, pre-school courses, and talent development classes for underprivileged students, further advancing Principal Chan’s vision of equality in education. Beloved Hong Kong cartoon characters McMug and McDull were invited as event ambassadors, while the special appearance of the McDull mascot created memorable photo opportunities and brought smiles to participants of all ages.

Featuring timed individual and team races of 10km (Open Category) and 3km (Youth Category), as well as non-timed runs such as the 3km Fun Run for individuals, and the 3km and 1km Happy Runs, this friendly-for-all sports event brought together professional runners, parents and children, couples, families, schools, corporations, and organisations to enjoy running while supporting a charitable cause. Accompanied by McDull, Principal Chan Hung, founder of Principal Chan Free Tutorial World, Mr. Christopher Sin, Chief Executive Officer of Seedland Educational Charitable Foundation, and Mr. Anthony Tsang, Head of Marketing & Digital (Greater China Region) of Oriental Watch Company joined together to sound the starting horn. In recognition of the enthusiastic participation of schools and organisations, Principal Chan Hung presented the “Most Active Participation Awards for School/Group” to representatives of the winning teams. Salesians of Don Bosco Ng Siu Mui Secondary School claimed the championship, with over 200 students, teachers, and parents joining the event. The first runners-up included Sports Change Life Company and mic-GO International Fan Club, while the second runners-up included S.K.H St. Peter's Primary School, NIL Studio, and Oriental Watch Company.
