Exemplary educator Principal Chan Hung strongly believes that our society as a whole is responsible for the young’s mental health. Since 2017, he and a group of like-minded professionals founded Roly-Poly Day, with a tri-coloured roly-poly as the campaign mascot.

Roly-Poly Day 2019 was successfully held in Kowloon Park on 27 to 28 April, showcasing two five-metre inflatable tri-coloured roly-polys designed by renowned architect Jason Tang, as well as 300 80-centimetre roly-polys, each representing the blessings from its creators including celebrities like renowned artists Alice Mak and b.wing, Eddie Hui, Founder of B. Duck, Dr. Albert Wong, MH, President of Hong Kong Guoshu Association, actress Skye Chan and over hundreds of organizations and schools. In order to show support to teachers, Dr. Au Yeung Wai Hoo, also known as Ben Sir, recorded a music video for the event, and sang the song with lyrics written by Principal Chan Hung. Stickers to show gratitude for teachers were distributed at the exhibition and fun fair, where activity booths and captivating performances were also featured to promote the campaign message of caring for Hong Kong students and teachers.
